Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call to set up an appointment. You may call our main number at 310-665-7200 or any of the satellite offices directly. Since most of the physicians are very busy, you should make an appointment with as much advance notice as possible.
Follow-up appointments should be made with the check out staff when departing the office.
Handicapped Access
All of our facilities have well marked and abundant handicap parking close to the office.
Medical Questions
Each physician has a dedicated team to assist in providing your care. When you call with a routine medical question, the receptionist will connect you with the physician's clinical staff. The clinical staff will then answer your questions or contact your doctor. Often you will have to leave a voice mail as our clinical staff are working with the physicians and cannot take calls during clinic time. They return voice mails within 24 hours.
Emergencies
Help is available 24 hours a day. Outside of normal business hours, when you call the main office number 310-665-7200 you will be given an option to speak to the operator. The operator can take your information and relay it to the appropriate physician. A doctor will return your call promptly. If your emergency is life threatening, you should go to a hospital emergency room immediately or call 911. |
