Phillip K. Kwong, M.D. is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of foot and ankle conditions. He earned his medical doctorate at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, after which he completed a surgery and anesthesia internship at the University of Chicago. Dr. Kwong completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Chicago and went on to his Fellowship in Foot Surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, California, followed by a second Fellowship in Foot at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University Of Southern California School of Medicine.

Dr. Kwong is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the National Board Medical Examiners. He is an active member in the medical professional community and is a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Foot and Ankle Society, and California Orthopaedic Association. Dr. Kwong has contributed to and authored a number of publications, research activities and lectures.
